Nicholas Cevette, CPA

Partner

Nick grew up in Elkland, PA and has been a resident of Tioga County his whole life prior to joining LaBarr & LaBarr in the Fall of 2022.  He studied accounting at St. Bonaventure University where he obtained both his bachelor’s degree and his MBA.  After college, Nick passed the Uniform CPA Exam and is now licensed in both New York and Pennsylvania. 

Nick’s focused areas include Individual Income Taxation, Taxation of Small and Closely-Held Businesses, Inter-State taxation, and QuickBooks set-up and navigation.

In his free time, Nick enjoys playing golf, pickup basketball games, and spending time outdoors with family, friends, and his two dogs.

Patrick Cole, CPA

Partner

A native to the Valley Area, Patrick was born and raised in Athens, Pennsylvania. Patrick is a proud alum of St. Bonaventure University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with his Bachelor’s in Accounting in 2019, followed by his Master’s in Business Administration – Professional Accountancy in 2020. Patrick holds valid CPA licenses in the states of Pennsylvania and New York. Patrick joined LaBarr & LaBarr in 2021 after prior public accounting experience.

Patrick’s focused areas include Individual Income Taxation, Taxation of Small and Closely-Held Businesses, Inter-State taxation, and QuickBooks set-up and navigation.

In his free time, Patrick enjoys golfing, fishing, cooking, making beer with his dad, and watching St. Bonaventure Basketball.

Matthew Collins, CPA

Accountant

Matt is from Athens, Pennsylvania and attended Misericordia University, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minor in forensic accounting in the fall of 2020. Matt remained at Misericordia University where he received his MBA in the Spring of 2022. Matt joined LaBarr & LaBarr in 2023 after previous public accounting experience with a national firm. Matt is a licensed CPA in the state of Pennsylvania.

In his free time, Matt enjoys playing golf, fantasy football, and watching football with his family.
